Northfleet Carnival & Gravesend Summer Regatta 2009 Pictures

The 2009 Northfleet Carnival and Gravesend Summer Regatta were held in glorious sunshine and very well supported.

As promised in our previous post, here as some pictures to give you a taster of what to expect should you decide to attend the event next year.


Lots of colourful floats supplied by local transport companies including LV Transport Limited who have supported the Northfleet Carnival for many years.

Some of the drivers really got into the Carnival spirit!

And even the coppers were handing out stickers to the kids instead of ASBO's for a change!

Down at the regatta the rowing crews had to keep an eye out for the big ships too as well as their competitors!
